Bei KapWeine sind nicht nur die Weine Könige, auch unser Team ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil und sorgt dafür, dass wir unsere Kunden einen reibungslosen Service bieten können. Doch wussten Sie, dass bei der KapWeine auch Power-Frauen am Werk sind?
Power-Frauen bei KapWeine; ja das kann man in der Tat behaupten. Wo Männer sich aus klassischem Sinn zu Schade waren, dies gehört definitiv der Vergangenheit an. Bei KapWeine sollen Frauen sich im Beruf behaupten dürfen und ein wichtiger Teil in jeder hirarchischen Ebene des Geschäfts werden. So können wir auch Stolz sein, mit der Zeit zu gehen und einige Power-Frauen bei der KapWeine zu haben.
Weinwelt
Falls Sie uns nun fragen: «Ist der Wein eine Welt für Männer?» würde die Antwort klar und laut sein: «Das war vieleicht früher so, jetzt aber sicherlich nicht mehr.»
Die Welt der Weine kennt kein Geschlecht mehr, weder in Bezug auf den Konsum, noch auf den Beruf. Frauen waren schon immer da, früher hinter den Kulissen, und nun im Vordergrund. Wir von KapWeine wissen, ein besonderes Glas Wein trinken gehört in die heute Gesellschaft, welche keine Geschlechtertrennung mehr vorsieht.
Wussten Sie, dass laut wineawards.org 80% der Weine von Frauen gekauft und über 60% der Weine von Frauen konsumiert wird. Nicht schlecht, oder? Auch bei KapWeine nehmen wir einen Zuwachs von weiblichen Kunden war – was wir auch bei unseren Degustations-Events immer öfter merken.
Mythos aufgedeckt
Dass Frauen nur Schaumwein mögen, ist ein Mythos. Eine Studie von winebusiness.com zeigt, dass der Weinkonsum von Männern und Frauen bei den verschiedenen Weinsorten ähnlich ist. Der Konsum der Frau in Zahlen: 44 % trinken gerne Rotwein, 28% Weisswein und 7% Rosé.
Power-Frauen
Wie bereits vorgängig erwähnt, gibt es bei der Kapweine keine Vorurteile. Wir haben verstanden, dass die Gleichberechtigung der Geschlechter wichtig ist und dass Frauen für das geschätzt werden wollen, was sie zu bieten haben. Sei es für, was in unseren Köpfen ist oder für dass, was wir mit unserer Arbeit schaffen können, und nicht dafür, ein stereotypen Symbol oder Bild zu sein. Der Schlüssel liegt darin sich selbst gut zu fühlen und herauszufinden, wo der eigene Beitrag am grössten ist. Und bei KapWeine gibt es intelligente Power-Frauen.
An unseren Degu-Events, zum Beispiel, gibt es im Saal mehr weibliche als männliche Cape Angels (KapWeine-Helfer). Es tut gut zu sehen, dass niemand überrascht ist, wenn eine Frau für die Weine zuständig ist und im Saal oder Lager das Sagen hat. Unsere Kolleginnen sind Weinexpertinnen und Power-Frauen, haben ein sehr tiefgründiges Wein-Know-How und kennen darüber hinaus Südafrika sehr gut. «Unsere Kunden können sich Glücklich schätzen von den besten Wein-Gastgeberinnen bedienen lassen zu dürfen.»
Ja klar, KapWeine ist noch nicht perfekt. Wir sind noch immer ein kleines Team, welches sich allmählich am Vergrössern ist und da wird es noch viel Platz für Power-Frauen geben. Aktuell beträgt unser Frauenanteil 43%, wobei 2 von 5 Führungspositionen Frauen sind. Insgesamt können wir aber Stoltz darauf sein, solche tatkräftige Frauen mit an Board zu haben!
