Our colleagues at SonntagsBlick wanted to know once again and conducted an international comparison of the grape variety "Sauvignon Blanc". 45 Sauvignon Blancs from all over the world competed in the blind tasting.
The everybody's darling (Sauvignon Blanc) is even more sought after in summer and ideal for aperitifs and summer dishes. The grape variety is also on the rise in Switzerland. But which Sauvignon Blanc should you have tasted?
SonntagsBlick selected 20 Swiss and 25 international wines. The wines had to have at least 97 Parker points, contain at least 95% Sauvignon Blanc and had to be current vintages.

The Ghost Corner Wild Fermented Sauvignon Blanc by Cederberg was crowned the overall winner in terms of price/performance and ranked 2nd out of 45 Sauvignon Blancs.
