Product Description:
The Tokara Rosé shimmers in a beautiful pink in the glass and develops wonderful aromas of sweet red berries in the bouquet; fresh strawberries and cranberries are particularly present. The seductive scent of rose water perfectly rounds off the first impression. On the palate, the rosé is beautifully fresh and crisp, while the delicate acidity ensures a pleasant mouthfeel.

Vinifikation The grapes were destemmed, lightly crushed, and cold-macerated for 4 hours to extract color pigments. Subsequently, the must was pressed and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks. After a short storage period, the rosé was bottled directly.
