Zurich Wine Festival with KapWeine on October 18 and 19
Welcome to the Zurich Wine Festival
It all began with a simple idea: wine connects people. This conviction gave rise to the Zurich Wine Festival in 2020. Five years later, the festival has evolved into a week-long celebration that will transform Zurich into a vibrant wine festival from October 14 to 20, 2024 – with over 450 wines from all over the world. And to the delight of all South Africa fans, KapWeine is back on board this year, bringing along the best wines from the Cape.
The Zurich Wine Festival is a great social event and a wonderful place to go with colleagues or friends. It’s very friendly, you get to meet new people, taste great wines, learn a lot and have fun! So be sure to attend and enjoy the unique atmosphere!
From October 18 to 19, 2024, KapWeine will be at booth 22 on the 1st floor of the Papiersaal, presenting the best wines from South Africa. Definitely worth a visit!
Tasting, masterclasses & more
This year’s festival has the motto “One City, One Week, Countless Experiences” and offers much more than just tastings: Masterclasses with sommeliers, exclusive dinners with perfectly matched food and wine, and presentations from wineries sharing their stories and craftsmanship.
The world in a glass
From October 17 to 19, the Papiersaal in Sihlcity will become a mecca for wine lovers! Over 40 importers and wineries will be presenting wines from all over the world. On Thursday, Italy will be in the spotlight, bringing the flavors of the south to Zurich. On Friday and Saturday, there will be a full load of variety: wines from the most diverse regions invite you to discover them – and KapWeine will provide that little something extra with its South African wines. A feast for all the senses that brings global wine culture within reach!
