Since 1996, Kobus Basson and Rolf Schulz have owned Kleine Zalze and have since established a new family tradition of winemaking. Kleine Zalze stands for more than just great wines. In addition to the top 10 restaurant "le Terroir", there is also a hotel with conference rooms and an on-site golf course.
David Nieuwoudt, owner and winemaker of Cederberg, started the Ghost Corner project in Elim, on the Southern Cape, near Agulhas, Africa's southernmost point, in 2007. Ghost Corner is a project by David Nieuwoudt. His Cederberg winery is located approximately 300km from Elim, in Citrusdal on the West Coast.
The Alheits are located in a simple, no-frills cellar on Hemelrand in the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley in the Walker Bay region. There, their highly acclaimed and top-rated white wines from various vineyards in the Western Cape are produced.
The Tokara winery consists of various farms (120ha in total) with prime locations in the best wine-growing regions around the Cape of Good Hope. The core of the enterprise and the location of the cellar is the estate in Stellenbosch.
